Welcome to FluffyClover LLC! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FluffyClover LLC. FluffyClover LLC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a shopping marketplace (the “Services”).

Important Notice Regarding Printful: FluffyClover LLC partners with Printful, Inc., a third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment service, to produce, package, and ship merchandise sold through our store. By purchasing from FluffyClover LLC, you agree to be bound by both these Terms of Service and the Printful Terms of Service, which govern product manufacturing, returns, warranties, shipping, and intellectual property matters. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Printful Terms of Service, the Printful Terms of Service shall take precedence with respect to all product-related matters. Section 1 – Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person. Printful requires account holders to be at least 18 years old (20 in Japan).

Section 2 – Our Products

We make every effort to accurately display products; however, colors and appearances may vary. All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. Printful disclaims responsibility for exact color/sizing accuracy. Damaged items may be donated by Printful.

Section 3 – Orders

Orders placed through FluffyClover LLC are fulfilled by Printful. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. FluffyClover LLC reserves the right to accept or decline orders. Printful may cancel or refuse orders in accordance with its own Terms of Service. Risk of loss passes to the customer once Printful delivers products to the carrier.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Prices are set at the time of order and subject to change. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or duties. Payment must be made in full before dispatch. Customers are responsible for accurate billing and payment details. Printful may participate in automatic account updater programs for payment methods.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer when Printful delivers to the carrier. Claims for lost shipments must be filed in compliance with Printful’s Return Policy within 30 days. Printful may substitute out-of-stock products with suitable alternatives unless opted out in store settings.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

All FluffyClover LLC content is owned by FluffyClover LLC. Printful owns digital assets and templates created through its services. Customers may not use FluffyClover or Printful trademarks without prior written consent. All content uploaded for printing must comply with intellectual property laws; you represent that you have rights to use submitted content. Printful may remove infringing content under DMCA.

Section 7 – Optional Tools

You may be provided with third-party tools. These are provided “as is” and FluffyClover LLC disclaims liability arising from use of such tools.

Section 8 – Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. Access is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

Section 9 – Privacy Policy

All personal data collected by FluffyClover LLC is subject to our Privacy Policy. Printful also processes personal data under its Privacy Policy and Data Processing Terms. By using the Services, you consent to both policies.

Section 10 – Feedback

Any feedback you provide may be used by FluffyClover LLC and Printful for improvements or promotions. You grant a worldwide, royalty-free license to use feedback submitted.

Section 11 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally, information may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order is submitted.

Section 12 – Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, infringe on rights, harass others, or upload malicious code. Violations may result in termination. Printful reserves the right to suspend accounts for repeat IP violations.

Section 13 – Termination

FluffyClover LLC may terminate access at any time without notice. Certain provisions including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.

Section 14 – Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Printful disclaims liability for uninterrupted or error-free service. Limited warranties apply only as described in Printful’s Terms.

Section 15 – Limitation of Liability

FluffyClover LLC and Printful limit liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. Printful’s liability will not exceed the amount paid for a product. Neither party is liable for consequential damages.

Section 16 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FluffyClover LLC, Printful, and their affiliates from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of law.

Section 17 – Severability

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Section 18 – Waiver; Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with Printful’s Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and FluffyClover LLC.

Section 19 – Assignment

You may not assign rights under these Terms without consent. FluffyClover LLC may assign without notice. Printful may also assign or transfer obligations at its discretion.

Section 20 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. For disputes related to Printful’s Services, North Carolina law and arbitration rules apply as described in Printful’s Terms.

Section 21 – Headings

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Section 22 – Changes to Terms of Service

FluffyClover LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms by posting updates. Printful may also update its Terms at any time on its website.
